Terms & Conditions:

General:

(A) Health & Hygiene Terms:

1. Homemade sellers are required to submit their typhoid jab and food handling course certifications to be eligible. (Angel Community will fund these certifications for the first 20 registered homemade sellers starting from 1st January 2025).

2. Homemade sellers are fully responsible for maintaining food hygiene.

3. Homemade sellers will be fully accountable if a customer experiences any health issues due to consuming their food.
    

(B) Payment Terms:

1. Homemade sellers must provide the BASE PRICE to Angel Community Enterprise. Angel Community Enterprise will apply a 30% markup to sustain marketing services and manpower.

2. Payment will be made within 5 working days for successful items sold.
    

(C) Collaboration Terms:

1. Homemade sellers are encouraged to post on their individual or business social media accounts about their product being listed with Angel Community.

2. Homemade sellers are required to provide a sample photo of their product to Angel Community Enterprise.
    

Packed Meal/Catering Terms:

1. Angel Community Enterprise accepts any dish or dessert made by the community.

2. Homemade sellers must prepare the food in an aluminum tray and paper sustainable packaging and wrap it neatly before delivery.
    

(D) Transportation:

1. Homemade sellers are responsible for the delivery and transportation of the food to the catering venue. The cost of delivery and transportation must be borne by the seller.
